Based on the same principles and designed as a follow-on from Insights Discovery, it compares an individual’s self-perception with the perception of a feedback group.
Discovery Full Circle can be used in a series of workshops and/or one-to-one coaching sessions, and each learner receives an in-depth profile that can be referred to periodically to measure changes and to recommit to and steps for continued development.
Discovering Full Circle takes feedback that can be difficult to hear and translates it into positive action, helping recipients gain a greater sensitivity and awareness of how their behavior and preferences are perceived by others. Learners then establish clear and specific strategies for adapting and connecting with their colleagues in the feedback group.
